

Having worked in real estate since 2018 as a licensed agent, Chris has the knowledge you are looking for when buying or selling. When searching for your ideal property no matter the type, Chris has experience in Luxury waterfront homes, urban condos or duplexes, recreational properties or country setting homes and investment properties in the midlands of South Carolina. He has facilitated many land transactions for clients in his time as an agent. Chris was born in Germany and moved to Columbia at the age of four. Chris is married to Bonnie Campbell who is also a licensed agent with United Country/Gunter & Associates. Together they have a son and are current residents of the Columbia area.
With Chris’s insight of the area, he can confidently assist in any of these areas; Lexington, Gilbert, West Columbia/Cayce, Irmo/Chapin in Lexington County and all of downtown Columbia, Blythewood, Hopkins/Eastover areas in Richland County as well as Lugoff / Elgin area in Kershaw County. He has a special passion for helping military personnel relocate as his father was military and Columbia is the home to Fort Jackson, one of the nation’s largest military basic training bases.
Prior to Real Estate Chris was a Sales Manager at a local Motorcycle shop. His prior customer service skills make negotiations and transactions flow. Chris looks forward to assisting in future transactions with clients searching for your next property as a home or investment or selling a property promptly.
